Affable staff, it was wonderful stay.
Location: the hotel was short walk to the night market, and the mall. Local fast food option Pret a Manger was 5 minutes walk away. The pool villa was equipped with basic facilities, including a safe box, a minibar, and an electronic key card.

The pool was nice, and there weren't many people, so it was easy to relax. The big bathtub in the room was also a plus and perfect for a soak after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel was great, it was easy to walk to the night market, convenient stores and restaurants.
The staff was not helpful, and the service was poor. We had to wait a long time for them to fix a problem in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the night market and there were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to a shopping mall where we could exchange our money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating our late check-in at 4am without any issues. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the big bathtub in the spacious bathroom. The pool area was also a highlight, with a beautiful swimming pool where we could relax and unwind without feeling crowded.
Families will definitely love this hotel.

The staff was very accommodating with our check-in and they were always friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, close to the night market and a shopping mall. the pool was great to chill out in and was never crowded. Our room was spacious and had a huge bathtub.
There were a few issues with noise and staff not being attentive to requests. One of the facilities, the jacuzzi, was out of order.

One facility, such as the bar in the swimming pool, was not functional and did not serve any drinks.

We had a great time at this hotel. The pool area was very relaxing, with only 8 rooms we never felt crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in at 4am. This hotel also had a complimentary shuttle to a nearby mall with a money exchange available. It was also conveniently located close to the night market, convenient stores, food shops and restaurants.
Cannot find any fault.
